1.1- Action Tours shall accept Tour companies, specialized groups or individual requests for tours, safaris, business travelers, car hire, hotel reservations etc in good faith at most.

1.2- The contract will become effective after the date when the client's reservation is confirmed in writing a letter, fax, e-mail, telephone or with other means of business communication. 1.3- Reservation information may include full passenger’s name, nationality & special order if any.

1.4- Action Tours is liable to passengers transported in its own vehicles. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ethiopia in which the cause of action arises.

1.5- While every care is taken, Action Tours cannot be held responsible for loss of or damage to baggage or other personal belongings. To be on the safe side; we strongly advise baggage insurance.

1.6- In issuing or obtaining the issue of any ticket, or making any arrangements for transport, accommodation or provision of food, Action Tours acts as agent only and shall not in any way be liable as principal.

1.7- The client shall have valid travel and health documentation, be reasonably physically fit to undertake the chosen tour and be punctual for the departure of all transport for the duration of the tour.

2.1- A 20-40 % deposit on the full contract price is normally required to secure the services offered.

2.2 –Full payment (the remaining balance) is due prior to commencement of services offered or on arrival day

3.1-Any cancellation of a confirmed booking by a client or his agent must be done in writing.

3.2- A 50% cancellation fee will be applicable on the full contract price if the cancellation is received 14 days prior to commencement of services. If cancellation is received after 14 days or less prior to commencement of services, Action Tours will determine the cancellation fee after assessing expenses. Our decision on this regard will be final.

3.3 - Action Tours may at its discretion and at any time cancel any service being rendered impossible, illegal or inadvisable (due to adverse weather conditions, strikes, security reasons or any other reason beyond its control) without any indemnity or obligation except for the return of the money not yet utilized. In the event of Action Tours cancelling the Tour before the scheduled departure date, the full amount paid by the client on account of the contract price will be refunded to him if possible or retain for future use.

4.1 -Action Tours does not provide any kind of insurance cover for cancellations, medical expenses and loss and/or damage to property or for any other reason.
